By accessing or using the Meshradar platform ("Service"), including the website at meshradar.io, the cloud dashboard, and any Meshpoint edge software, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Meshradar provides mesh network intelligence tools including LoRa packet capture, protocol decoding, fleet management, and analytics. The Service includes cloud-hosted components and open-source edge software designed to run on user-owned hardware.
You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Meshpoint hardware and software complies with all applicable radio frequency regulations in your jurisdiction, including FCC Part 15 (United States) or equivalent local regulations. Meshradar does not guarantee regulatory compliance of user-assembled hardware configurations.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.
The Meshpoint edge software is released under the MIT license. Compiled core modules are distributed under a separate commercial license. The Meshradar cloud platform, branding, and associated materials are the property of Meshradar and may not be reproduced without permission.
The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meshradar and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Meshradar and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the website or email.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
